Our stretch and stamina class is a high-intensity fitness and flexibility class. It is suitable for all levels of experience and open to students aged 5-18.
The main goal of this class is to improve our student's fitness levels and to increase their range of flexibility. By taking part in this class, it benefits any and every other style of dance that they take part in.
If your child would like to participate in a dance class but isnt keen on performing this would be the ideal class for them.
A typical class would include things like:
- Cardio
- Splits training
- Back flexibility training
- Work with stretching blocks and bands
- Exercises developed to increase muscle
- and much more!
The music played during this class is fast dance mixed with current chart music.
