Acrobatics

 

Acrobatics is the must have style of dance for dancers of this generation.

 

Children benefit from an active lifestyle and participating in a sport. Acrobatics is a style that takes dedication and hard work but the results are always worth it. It incorporates strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, power and discipline.

 

Participation in this class will also help children stay physically active and healthy.

 

During class time students will learn various tricks, improve balance, work on tumbling, improve flexibility and learn to work with other students.
